At Ark E Solution, we believe in transparency and client-first service. Our billing model is designed to be fair and result-driven — we only charge our clients after the agreed service has been completed and delivered.

Because of this post-service payment model, refund requests are generally not applicable, as clients only make payments once satisfied with the work.

 

When Refunds Are Applicable

Although rare, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • If the service delivered significantly differs from the documented scope of work agreed upon in writing.

  • If technical limitations on our side prevent the completion of the service and no payment has yet been made. 
  • If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs on our end.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days from the delivery of services and are subject to review.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Services have been fully delivered and approved by the client.

  • Delays or non-performance due to client inaction, lack of response, or incomplete inputs.

  • Changes in business direction or preferences after work is completed.

  • Situations beyond our control, such as platform bans, algorithm changes, or third-party ad platform restrictions.

Revisions Instead of Refunds

We aim for full client satisfaction. In case of dissatisfaction, we offer reasonable revisions within the original scope of work to resolve any concerns — at no additional cost.

 

Dispute Prevention

To minimize issues, we maintain clear communication at every stage of the project. If you are unsatisfied at any point before payment, please let us know so we can resolve the matter before billing.
